(Saturday 2nd October 2010)Having eaten the Final, and official "last Supper" of STEAK, in Crouch End with Pip and Jackie, we made our way to Heathrow for our 22.35 departure! Check in went without a hitch (so far so good!), and the flights generally weren't too bad...a decent view of Abu Dahbi (ahem...James MEANT to say Dubai), and a great movie line up, made up somewhat for fat-snoring-idiot and BO guy.
Clearly 15 hours flying is less than ideal, but to my advantage at least, my smallness (thanks Smalley) allowed for me to contort myself 'creatively' into an array of interesting positions - to Jame's utter dismay- His 36 inch legs on the other hand were NEVER designed for economy!
To top it all off, neither of us were made to feel any better having to stroll by EMPTY 1st class sleeper beds!!...poor Fitzy :(
